Please note:
Ali's cookies are all natural, preservative free, and are baked fresh daily. Ali wants you to receive the freshest cookies possible, so as a general rule we will not ship on Thursday or Friday, as we do not want the package sitting idle over the weekend. Upon your request, we will make an exception and ship on Thursday if it is to a one day shipping zone, or a two day residential as Fedex ground delivers to residences on Saturdays, however we must caution you that if the package is not delivered by Friday afternoon, it may sit over the weekend. When in doubt, please call us and we can discuss alternatives.
Shipping: Orders received by 11:00 am EST will usually be sent out the same day if possible. Otherwise orders will be processed for the following day. Please keep this in mind when determining an arrival date for your shipment. Also, please do not include weekends, holidays or the actual shipment day when determining the number of days it will take for your gift to arrive.
FEDEX Ground Shipping Rates:
The price range is based on the destination zip code, and weight of package.

*Rural residential addresses may have an additional charge of up to $2.35
*Shipments with multiple items to one address weighing more than 12 pounds may have additional charges

Requested Delivery Dates:
Your order will always be shipped to arrive on your requested delivery date according to the time in transit guidelines from FEDEX. Although rare, we do not accept responsibility for FEDEX failing to deliver the package according to their guaranteed number of days. FEDEX does not guarantee a time of delivery on ground or 3 day select shipments. To ensure your package arrives before a specified time, you must ship via Next Day Air or Second Day Air. If time is extremely critical, it is advised you contact us at 1-800-220-7644 to verify the guaranteed delivery time by FEDEX.
Business Days:
Please note that all delivery days refer to business days, MONDAY through FRIDAY.
Cut Off Time for Daily Orders:
In most cases, orders must be placed by 11:00am EST for shipping orders to be shipped that same day.
Order Times for Holidays:
Due to the abundance of holiday orders from November 15th through December 24th, orders must be placed at least 1 business days in advance to assure on time delivery.
Address Correction Charge:
Based on the delivery information given by the ordering customer, if FEDEX is unable to deliver any package due to an incorrect or incomplete address (examples include, but are not limited to, missing suite, apartment, or unit numbers, old addresses, and missing/incorrect ZIP Codes), FEDEX will determine and make reasonable efforts to secure the correct or complete address. If the correct or complete address is secured, FEDEX will attempt delivery, and the shipper will be provided with the correct address. An additional charge of $12 will be assessed to your credit card for an address correction fee. We reserve the right to pass along any additional charges from FEDEX to the ordering customer resulting from incomplete or incorrect delivery information given by the ordering customer.
Undeliverable Packages:Any package that is unable to be delivered due to incorrect information, untimely pick-up by recipient or recipient no longer at address, which is then returned to Ali's Cookies, will not be refunded and will only by re-shipped at customers request and cost. Regarding untimely pick-up, FEDEX will deliver the package at the delivery address without a signature unless the driver determines that the location is not sufficiently secure. If this happens, FEDEX will attempt to make a delivery up to three times. On the third attempt a notice will be left for the recipient to pick up the package at the FEDEX depot. If delivery does not happen after these attempts are made, the perishable package will be sent back to Ali's Cookies.
For Hospital Deliveries:
You must specify a room number. We are not responsible for gifts once they arrive at the hospital loading dock. It is solely the responsibility of the hospital to arrange delivery to a specific room.
For Hotel Deliveries:
You must specify a room number as well as provide the hotel phone number. We are not responsible for gifts after they arrive to the hotel. It is solely the responsibility of the hotel to get the package to the hotel guest.
USPS Priority Mail: We reserve the right to switch Priority Mail shipments to Fedex, if at our discretion we feel the service provided by Fedex will serve the delivery address better.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax applies to any shipments or deliveries made in the state of Georgia. Call for latest tax rate.
Local Atlanta Delivery:
Local delivery is available in the Metropolitan Atlanta area. Standard deliveries are made by 5:00 pm Mon- Fri. There is a standard delivery rate within our local delivery area. Please call for current pricing and to determine if you are within our local standard delivery area. We also offer a more extensive delivery range via courier based on destination zip code. Please call for prices. Specific delivery times can not be arranged. We reserve the right to ship orders via FEDEX GROUND within our local delivery area. In most cases, orders must be placed by 11:00 pm EST for local delivery orders to go out the following delivery day.
Substitutions: We reserve the right to make substitutions to comparable products.
HOLIDAY ORDERS
November 15th through
December 24th, all orders will experience a 1 day processing delay.
